We invite you to discover everything East Hills has to offer for you and your child. Our Bible-centered curriculum will encourage and enhance the relationship that your child has with the Lord.  The teachers and assistants at East Hills have a heart for children and prepare diligently each week to teach your child about the truths and love of Christ. East Hills Children's Ministry is a safe, entertaining, loving and most importantly, a Christ-centered place for your child to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord.  We will not only teach your child about the love of Christ, but demonstrate it to them as well.

We are taught in the Bible that we are to instruct our children about the ways of God.  What an amazing gift it is when we can provide them with such truths! Our goal at East Hills is that we would do just that! 

Whether you're a parent of a child who is already in our program, or a visitor to our ministry, it is our prayer that you’ll see Jesus in everything we do.

Baby Konnection 

Sunday Mornings

Baby Konnection is our early childhood ministry and provides care for our younger children (0-4 years old) during Sunday morning service. 

It is our desire to enhance the learning and worship experience of parents or guardians by assuring them that each child is comfortable, safe, and happy. Caring adults, along with adult/teen assistants, staff our 0-4 year old rooms. 

We have separate classrooms for infants, toddlers, and 3-4 year olds. 

Nursery Guidelines

In order for your child to be happier, safer, and better cared for, the Nursery Committee has established some guidelines (for a complete list, see the check-in table).

Please sign in your child.

Please mark all your child’s belongings.

Please provide pacifier clips.

Notify us of any allergies or special needs.

Please do not leave the grounds while your child is in our care. 

Illness Policy:  Please help keep our nurseries a safe place for everyone by holding your child back if they are sick or contagious (a list of symptoms are available at our check-in table).  Our nursery policy prohibits volunteers from administering any medications.

Kids Konnection 

Sunday Mornings

Each Sunday morning, we have classes available to all children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Because we know that each child learns best through multisensory stimulus, we offer child friendly, Christ-centered elements.  These include:  worship, puppet shows, fellowship, a Bible lesson, crafts and a time of prayer each Sunday at both services.  Our current choice of curriculum is David C. Cook. 

The classrooms break down as follows: 

• Kindergarten
• 1st and 2nd grades
• 3rd and 4th grades
• 5th and 6th grades 

Special Events

All our events - both the one day events and those that last longer - are fun, age-appropriate events for children of all ages.  They include:

• Water Days
• Craft Nights
• Vacation Bible School
• Hallelujah Hoedown (Halloween)
• Christmas Program

Sonbeams / Sonshine Co.

East Hills has two children’s choirs that gather periodically during the year to perform.  Sonbeams is for PreK-K children and Sonshine Co. is for 1st grade on up.
