PULSE - Assessment

Dear Members and Friends of East Hills Community Church,

Thank you for your intrest and concern for East Hills Community Church and our church health. Our fervent prayer is that every Reformed Church in America congregation becomes a healthy missional church. By “healthy,” we mean pursuing Christ. By “missional,” we mean pursuing Christ’s priorities in the world.

We are not sure if the Christians in the first century church ever took an assessment, but if they did, Paul’s words would seem appropriate: "For by the grace given to me, I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment" (Romans 12:3).

PULSE is an assessment designed to determine the measure of East Hills Community Church's health and vitality. This is a valuable opportunity for you to reflect honestly and accurately on the well-being of your church. Please answer questions based on your current experience with and knowledge of your church. Answers to those questions will be summarized and presented in the final report given to church leadership. All responses are anonymous and your identification will be kept completely confidential.

We anticipate it will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete the 52 questions in PULSE. Please allow yourself sufficient uninterrupted time to finish. If you do get called away for an extended period of time, please simply close your web browser, and then start it again fresh from the beginning when you can. Unfortunately, we are unable to process incomplete assessments. If you have any questions about completing the assessment, please contact Myriam Hall by emailing her at mygh@me.com.

Thank you for taking the time for PULSE. Your input will help us to better serve you. Please complete one assessment per person by March 18 at midnight. This assessment is for East Hills Community Church. If you are not a member/regular attender at East Hills Community Church, please reply to this email address to notify East Hills Community Church. Click (or click + control) on the link below to be connected to the online assessment. If the first link below does not work, please copy and paste the second web address into your browser address window.
