Family:  My wife is Patti and we have two sons, Brayden and Trent.

Education:  Bachelor of Arts in Religion (emphasis in Christian Education) and a Ministry Credential, both from Azusa Pacific University.

Spiritual Gifts:   Leadership, Administration, Teaching, and Prophecy.

My Personality Type (DiSC Test):  High D

How I spend my days off:  Resting at home, dating my wife, TV/Movies, and personal projects.

One meal I can’t resist:  Monte Cristo (sandwich)

Worst job I ever had:  Volunteering for a political campaign

Hobbies:  Coaching baseball, sports (especially the Angels and USC Football), and playing guitar (or 'trying to play...').

Three books that have influenced me:  The Seven Laws of Teaching (John Milton Gregory), The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership (John Maxwell), and The Dad Difference (McDowell/Wakefield).

Most influential book of the Bible to me:  The Gospel of Mark

If God put me in charge, I’d make sure heaven included:  A really strong lead guitar player.

My most irrational act:  Bungee Jumping (or) diving off the Olympic Platform in Scotland (10 metres - 33 ft. high)

Nobody knows I’m:  Insecure in various ways.

Favorite movies:  Ben Hur, Dead Poets Society, The Shawshank Redemption, and The Breakfast Club.

How I became a Christian:  All alone in my living room after a Christmas Eve Service when I was in eighth grade.

How I met my spouse:  In the jr. high youth group at my church.

My “life verse” is:  Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.  (Galatians 1:10)
