Where Are We in the Pastoral Search Process?

Conducting a search for our next pastor is one of the most important events in the life of our church. The pastors and elder board recognize that this is a critical process and they are prayerfully committed to seeking God’s wisdom and leadership as they in turn lead the church through this transitional period.

You may be wondering what the timeline is for hiring our new pastor? How long will it take? Those are natural questions to ask, but they are not questions for which we have answers. We can tell you the process we will be following, but only God knows the timing. We ask that you partner with us in prayer as the process unfolds.
